Shipping

As a one-woman shop, I aim to get your order shipped out within seven working days from the date of your order.

If you live outside of the contiguous US, reside internationally, or require an expedited delivery please email me at contact@savannahstanton.com before purchasing. I will respond to you as quickly as possible to accommodate your needs, provide a shipping quote, and answer any inquiries.

Returns & Exchanges

Each piece I create is one-of-a-kind. Working with wood as an artistic medium ensures this, as no tree is ever identical. Prior to purchasing, please review the product photos, description, and specifications to ensure it is the right fit for your space or intended use. If you have any questions that cannot be answered from the artwork description, please do not hesitate to send an inquiry to contact@savannahstanton.com. 

Purchasing artwork is an investment, and I thank you for your interest in my work. To ensure everyone who invests in one of my pieces is thoroughly satisfied with their purchase, I offer a seven day return window from the date of receipt on all non-commissioned works purchased from my shop. Please note that custom commissions are exempt from this return provision.

If the artwork has been damaged in transit, please keep all packaging and contact me immediately via email. Be sure to include clear photos of the packaging and damage sustained. I endeavor to provide a positive client-artist experience from inquiry to receipt and intend to offer clients with a piece they will cherish for years to come.
